CFTC Commitments Of Traders Report Update

The Commitments of Traders (COT) market report for the week ending February 17, 2023 is now available. Report data is also available in the CFTC Public Reporting Environment (PRE), which allows users to search, filter, customize and download report data. 

• Special Announcement: CFTC has adjusted today’s COT report to account for reporting discrepancies, specifically, open interest in the CME 1 Month SOFR, CME S&P 500 Annual Dividend Index, IFED PJM Western Hub Day-Ahead Peak, IFED PJM Western Hub Real-Time Off-Peak Fixed Price, IFED MISO Indiana Real-Time Off-Peak Fixed Price, IFED MISO Indiana Hub Day-Ahead Peak, IFED Palo Verde Day-Ahead Off-Peak Fixed Price, and IFED Condensate Diff-TMX C5 1A Index contract markets have been modified to provide the best estimate of positions for the report dated February 14, 2023.

The CFTC intends to sequentially issue the missed COT reports, subject to reporting firms submitting accurate and complete data.
