CESR Publishes The Summary Of Responses To Its Questionnaire To CESR Members On The Transposition Of The Transparency Directive

In May–June 2008 CESR Transparency Group conducted a mapping on the transposition of the Transparency Directive in EU Member States (ref. CESR/08-156, see Annex I).

CESR today publishes the summary of the responses received, the full questionnaire, and the individual answers of each Member State.
