CESR Publishes Additional Common Positions Agreed By CESR Members Regarding The Prospectus Directive

The FAQ published today is the 6th update to the common positions agreed by CESR Members regarding the Prospectus Directive.

This paper adds new Q&A to those included in the previous document CESR published in May 2008 (CESR/08-426). After each question an indication of the date of its first publication (or amendment) has been included to ease the identification of the new Q&A.
