Due to the shortage of liquidities under the current adverse conditions surrounding the entire Japanese commodity futures marketplace, C-Com has regrettably come to a conclusion to suspend the trading of the Gas Oil futures contract in the Oil market under the provision of the Article 8-1 of Market Administrative Bylaws until the market conditions change to improve.
No new contract months shall be listed in and after January 2010.
The trading for the contract months currently listed shall be suspended in the following way;

| Those without open interest as at the end of May 2009 | June 1, 2009 |
| Those with open interest as at the end of May 2009 | On the business day immediately following the day when the open interest of the contract month is cleared |
