A mission from the Rubber Research Institute of Thailand (RRIT) consisting of four delegates paid their second consecutive visit this year to C-Com on October 3. During their one week stay in Japan, the mission visited various places associated with rubber such as ports, warehouses and exchanges in order to learn about port facilities, storage management, and rubber futures transactions.
C-Com made a brief presentation to update the status of the Exchange and its Rubber Market, including the reshuffle of the components of the C-Com Natural Rubber Index currently being prepared. In the Q & A session the views on the rubber market were actively exchanged.
C-Com is very pleased to receive the mission that has not only deepened the mutual understanding but also further strengthened the already existing friendly relations between the two organizations.
