Case Against NZX Struck Out On All Counts

New Zealand Exchange Limited (NZX) would like to inform the market that the High Court of New Zealand has struck out all actions bought by BNZ and Access Brokerage Limited (in Liquidation) against NZX.

The Judge found that there was not even an arguable case that NZX was legally liable.

“NZX is very pleased with the judgment. It is as NZX expected and we look forward to putting this behind us and to be able to continue to focus on constructive activities – for the benefit of all Market Participants” said Elaine Campbell, NZX Head of Regulation.
