Capita Registrars has been named as PLUS-quoted registrar of the year at the PLUS Investors Awards, 2008. Voted for by around 220 companies who trade on PLUS, the award reflects companies’ preferred registrar across a range of measures, including expertise, quality of service and range of offerings.
The award was announced at event to mark the continued successful operation of PLUS, it’s constituent companies and its advisers at a dinner in the Mayfair hotel earlier this week.
Like AIM, PLUS is an alternative stock exchange for London in representing mainly small and middle sized companies. Its quote-driven, market-maker, electronic trading platform currently trades a broad range of securities including full coverage of all London-listed shares like the FTSE 100, and unlisted shares quoted on the AIM and PLUS markets.
