Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) announced today that it will exclude 6,299,859 shares of BULL-DOG SAUCE CO. LTD. (Second Section, SICC Code 2804, hereinafter the “Company”) in calculating Tokyo Stock Exchange Second Section Stock Price Index after the close of trading on August 30, 2007 upon the announcement by the Company on August 7, 2007.
As previously announced on July 2, 2007, the number of listed shares of the Company used for index calculation was increased by 57,055, 695 shares after the close of trading on July 4, 2007, in response to stock purchase warrants granted to all shareholders of the Company. According to the announcement made by the Company, 50,755,836 shares of the Company will be delivered in return for acquisition of stock purchase warrants. Accordingly, the difference (6,299,859 shares) between the number of listed shares for index calculation and the actual number of listed shares will be adjusted after the close of trading on August 30, 2007.
