- Encik Saiful Bahri bin Zainuddin was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Bursa Malaysia Berhad on 27 June 2008
- Mr. Ong Leong Huat Wong Joo Hwa was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Bursa Malaysia Berhad on 27 June 2008
Additionally, Datuk Haji Faisyal bin Datuk Yusof Hamdain Diego was re-appointed as Public Interest Director of Bursa Malaysia for a period of 2 years from 9 June 2008 to 8 June 2010.
