Tourism company Tusnad SA (TSND) debuted on Monday, September 7, 2015, on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), after the transfer from Rasdaq. Tusnad SA is a Romanian tourism company, its major shareholder being SIF Transilvania (SIF3).
Tusnad SA debut on AeRO was marked by the official opening of the Bucharest Stock Exchange trading session by the tourism company’s representatives in which they emphasized that they found in the AeRO market the optimum solution for its presence on the capital market.
“We believe the AeRO market is the ideal solution for trading the shares of our company with a tradition in the Romanian balneary tourism”, stated Nicu Radulescu, Tusnad’s Chairman of the Board.
The event was attended by company representatives, retail investors and media.
“We are satisfied for two reasons that we can welcome Tusnad debuting on one of our markets. The first reason is that the company has very intentionally chosen the AeRO market, which stands for the acceptance of the new rules and construct that we introduced around 6 months ago. Secondly, the company decided to adhere to BVB program promoting corporate governance and high standards in conducting investors' relations. It allows us to say that we welcome a new quality issuer on the BVB”, said Ludwik Sobolewski, BVB CEO.
