Bucharest Stock Exchange Signs Memorandum Of Understanding With Wiener Boerse

Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Wiener Boerse AG (WBAG), which establishes the basis of a cooperation between the two institutions.

The two stock exchanges will commonly launch in the first semester of 2005 an index (Romanian Traded Index – ROTX) for companies listed on BSE.
