In his address at the Opening Bell Ceremony, Korkmaz Ergun, the CEO of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., stated the following:

Today, I welcome you all to your home, to the Opening Bell Ceremony hosted by our Exchange as we celebrate the listing of Bien Yapı at our Exchange.
With the high IPO demand, Bien Yapı launched an outstanding IPO with an IPO revenue of 3.1 billion TL and a sale to 1.5 million investors. I would like to congratulate our company, the intermediary institution, and everyone who contributed to the IPO.
Behind this outstanding IPO lies the success story of the company and the ongoing effort of its executives and employees over the years. Bien Yapı is a company that generates, creates employment, and conducts sales worldwide. Thanks to the IPO, the company has further advanced its strength.
With this IPO, the number of companies within the group that are listed on our Stock Exchange has now reached four.
