Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting Will Be Held On December 7, 2015

The meeting, which will be held in Borsa İstanbul premises, will approve the transfer of shares registered in the name of Borsa İstanbul Anonim Şirketi in order to establish strategic partnership, to European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
