Bond Exchange Of South Africa Shareholders Approve Rights Issue

Bond Exchange of South Africa Limited (BESA) shareholders yesterday voted to approve a rights issue under which NZX will receive shares in BESA.

The final allocation of shares will be approved next week at which point NZX will make a further announcement to the market.
