Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME): IGBM Index New Composition For First Half 2008

The Indice General de la Bolsa de Madrid (IGBM) Management Committee has decided, in accordance with technical provisions for the composition, calculation and sectorial division of the IGBM index family, to approve the composition of the IGBM and Indice Total indices for the first half of 2008.

Based on trading volume and market capitalisation criteria, the new composition of the IGBM is as follows: the index is to add 10 stocks while 2 will be excluded from the index. The IGBM and Indice Total will comprise 136 shares during the first half of 2008.

The index inclusions and exclusions are as follows:

ArcelorMittal Steel, admitted to trading on 3 September 2007.
Criteria, admitted to trading on 10 October 2007.
Codere, admitted to trading on 19 October 2007.
Fluidra, admitted to trading on 31 October 2007.
Renta 4, admitted to trading on 14 November 2007.
Laboratorios Rovi, admitted to trading on 5 December 2007.
Iberdrola Renovables, admitted to trading on 13 December 2007.
Martinsa-Fadesa, admitted to trading on 17 December 2007.
Vértice 360º, admitted to trading on 19 December 2007.
Sotogrande, having met listing requirements.

Stocks Excluded From The Index

Riofisa, delisted on 6 December 2007.
Fadesa Inmobiliaria, delisted on 17 December 2007.

Definitive weightings of sectors, subsectors and stocks will be made public on the Bolsa de Madrid website, (http://www.bolsamadrid.es/), after the closing of the market, on 28 December 2007.
