Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) Approves The Distribution Of A €33.3 Million Interim Dividend - It Represents A Gross €0.40 Per Share - To Be Paid On September 9

The Board of Directors of BME today agreed to distribute on September 9 its first interim dividend against 2013 earnings for a value of €33.3 million, that is, a gross €0.40 per share.

This dividend represents the same amount than that of the first interim dividend paid in September 2012.

BME’s pay-out in 2012 came in at 98%, one of the highest ratios among listed companies and among its sector peers.
