Boerse Stuttgart's SME Initiative Bondm: Subscription Period Closes For RENA Bond - Placement Volume Tops The EUR 25 Million Mark

The latest bond issue from RENA GmbH was offered to investors for subscription in the segment for small and medium-sized enterprises, Bondm, from 2 December. By the time that the subscription period ended, on 14 December, bonds had been placed for a total volume of more than EUR 25 million. Private investors can buy bonds, which have a nominal value of EUR 1,000 each, directly through their house bank by sending a buy order to Boerse Stuttgart or they can acquire it from the issuer. The first quotation in the secondary market was at 100 percent.

From today, investors can trade the bonds in Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm SME segment. RENA is the eighth company to have a bond listed in the Stuttgart Stock Exchange's Bondm segment. The bond matures in 2015 and has a coupon of 7 percent. All bonds issued by SMEs which are listed in the Bondm segment are denominated in units of EUR 1,000.
