Boerse Stuttgart’s SME Initiative Bondm - Nabeltec AG Brings Further Growth To SME Segment Bondm - Investors Can Subscribe To Further Corporate Bonds At Issue Price

Date 05/10/2010

From 5 October, investors have an opportunity to subscribe to bonds issued by Nabaltec AG. With an issue volume of EUR 30 million, at a coupon of 6.50 percent and maturing in 2015, this is the latest bond to be listed in the SME segment Bondm. Private investors can buy the bond, which is issued in nominal denominations of EUR 1,000, at the issue price directly through their bank by submitting a buy instruction, from Boerse Stuttgart, or from the issuer’s website.

As Christoph Lammersdorf, CEO of Boerse Stuttgart Holding GmbH, commented: “We are delighted with the further growth in our SME segment from the issue of this bond. Small and medium-sized enterprises are the backbone of our economy. The high demand for bonds from our Bondm segment shows that many investors have realised the intrinsic value of these companies.”

Nabaltec is a regional family-run company specialising in the manufacture of functional fillers and primary products for technical ceramics. The company, based in Schwandorf in the German federal state of Bavaria, is one of the world leaders in its areas of business. “Nabaltec is an innovative family company operating in global markets. So we were also looking for an innovative method of financing, and we found it in Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm segment,” expained Johannes Heckmann, a member of the Management Board of Nabaltec. The bond will be admitted to regular trading in Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm segment after the scheduled end of the subscription period on 14 October 2010.
