Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm Segment For SME - Subscription Period Ends For Bond Issue Of UNIWHEELS Holding - Trading To Start In The Bondm Segment On 18 April 2011

Since 4 April 2011 private investors had the opportunity to subscribe to the bond issue of UNIWHEELS Holding (Germany) GmbH through Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm segment for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Subscriptions through the Bondm subscription box closed on 15 April.

UNIWHEELS is now the fifteenth company to have a bond issue listed in Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm trading segment. The bond matures in 2016 and has a coupon of 7.5 percent. Since the launch of Bondm in May 2010 the Stuttgart Stock Exchange has admitted corporate bonds with a total volume of more than EUR 1 billion to the SME segment.

Following the end of the subscription period on 15 April, investors can begin trading the bond from 18 April 2011 in Boerse Stuttgart's Bondm segment for SMEs.
