Boerse Stuttgart: Peine GmbH Issues Bond In Bondm Segment - Investors Can Subscribe To The New Bond Issue Starting On 24 June

Peine GmbH is to issue a corporate bond in Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm trading segment. Starting today, investors will have the opportunity to subscribe to the company’s corporate bond issue. With a total volume of up to EUR 15 million, the bond issue from Peine GmbH matures in 2018 and has a coupon of 8 percent. Investors can purchase bonds on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange by sending a buy order directly to their house bank. The bond issue bears the ISIN DE000A1TNFX0 and is denominated in nominal units of EUR 1,000.

The subscription period for the issue via the Bondm subscription box is expected to run up to 3 July 2013, but may end early if the issue is oversubscribed. After the subscription period, the bond will be admitted to Boerse Stuttgart’s Bondm segment and regular trading.

There are currently 24 corporate bonds with a total volume of more than EUR 1.6 billion listed in the Bondm trading segment, which was launched in May 2010.
