ASX Limited (ASX) Chair David Clarke today announces the appointment of Vic Jokovic as a new non-executive director on the ASX Board.
Mr Jokovic brings more than three decades of senior leadership experience across global exchanges and financial markets, spanning Australia and international markets. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Cboe Australia until 2023 and, until recently, served as a non-executive director of Cboe Australia. Prior to this, Mr Jokovic spent 26 years at Deutsche Bank where he held a number of senior executive roles, most recently serving as Head of Global Markets Asia Pacific.
Mr Jokovic has a track record of building businesses and leading complex transformations. He has successfully built and scaled businesses across equities, derivatives and exchange platforms within large global organisations.

Vic’s leadership experience in global organisations and exchange operators, combined with his extensive engagement with regulators and market participants, will provide valuable insights and global perspectives to our board discussions.

Mr Jokovic is currently in the process of retiring from the board of the Securities Exchanges Guarantee Corporation, and has previously served as a Director of Deutsche Securities Australia, Wilsons Stockbroking and Craigs Investment Partners, and was an advisor to the Cboe Global Management Board. Additionally, Mr Jokovic has previously served as a member of ASIC’s Markets Advisory Panel.
Mr Jokovic’s appointment to the ASX Board will be effective from 4 May 2026, and he will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting in October.
