Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME) will on Wednesday, December 22nd, distribute the second interim dividend against consolidated 2010 results to the value of €50 million, that is, €0.6 per share, the same as that distributed in 2009.
In 2009 BME decided to distribute the ordinary dividend in three payments: two interim dividends and a final dividend, following the company’s Annual General Shareholders Meeting.
Last September BME distributed the first interim dividend, for a gross amount of €0.4 per share, in this way maintaining the amount distributed in 2009.
