The Coordination and Admissions Committee of the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on NEOL BIOSOLUTIONS, stating that the company is eligible for admission to the market’s Growth Companies segment following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company.
The company will be the 33rd to trade on this segment of the market. The listing is scheduled for next Thursday, 29 October, pending the approval by the Board of MAB.
The company’s trading code will be NEOL and trading will take place on MAB’s continuous market, from 9 am to 5:30 pm.
GVC GAESCO VALORES is acting as Registered Adviser and MG Valores Agencia de Valores as Liquidity Provider.
NEOL has been created following the segregation of the bio-industrial division of Neuron Bio, which started trading on MAB in 2010. The company is devoted to the development of processes within the microbial industrial biotechnology for its application in oleo-chemistry, bioenergy and biopolymer sectors.
