BME: INCLAM To Start Trading On MAB On Wednesday, 29 July - A Consultancy And Engineering Company That Specialises In Hydrology And Hydraulics

The Coordination and Admissions Committee of the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on INCLAM, stating that the company is eligible for admission to the market’s Growth Companies segment, following a review of all the information presented by the company.

Inclam is scheduled to start trading next Wednesday, 29 July, pending the approval by the Board of MAB. Prior to the listing the company has carried out a €4 million capital increase.

Its trading code will be INC and trading will be through a price setting mechanism which will match buy and sell orders by means of two daily auction periods or “fixings”, at 12 hrs and at 16 hrs.
