BME: Grenergy Receives Favourable Report From MAB - A Renewable Energy Producer With Presence In Latin America

The Coordination and Admissions Committee of the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) has submitted to the Board of Directors a favourable report on GRENERGY RENOVABLES, stating that the company is eligible for admission to the market’s Growth Companies segment following a thorough review of all the information presented by the company. The final approval of MAB’s Board of Directors is required before the shares of the company – the 30^th to list on this market - can be admitted for trading.

Grenergy Renovables is a project developer and an Independent Power Producer that generates renewable energy mainly through solar photovoltaic plants. Since its foundation in 2007, it has developed and executed various projects in Spain and Chile, of which it currently owns and operates 4MW in two plants and carries out maintenance of another 20MW.

Grenergy established its international presence in Latin America in 2012, and has offices in Mexico, Chile and Peru, where it develops photovoltaic and wind energy plants, and has already started construction of its first parks in Chile.
