BM&FBOVESPA S.A. ? Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros (“Company”) announces to shareholders that the amount of dividends per share proposed by the Board of Directors pursuant to a decision taken at a meeting held on November 9, 2010, has been adjusted to R$0.1191008926, from R$0.1189284207 earlier, as a result of the buyback of the Company’s shares pursuant to the Buyback Program approved at the Board of Director’s Meeting held on August 12, 2010.
The dividends will be paid on November 25, 2010, based on the ownership structure prevailing as of November 11, 2010, such that commencing from November 12, 2010, Company’s shares will trade ex?dividend.
