BM&FBOVESPA: Ceremony To Celebrate The Petrobras Primary Offering Of Shares

BVMF announces that, on Friday, September 24, 2010, at 9 am, in the Raymundo Magliano Filho Visitors’ Center (at Rua XV de Novembro, 275, São Paulo, Brazil), BM&FBOVESPA will host the ceremony to celebrate the launch of the Petrobras primary offering of common and preferred shares, which is set to become the world’s largest- ever stock offering.

This prestigious event will be attended by the President of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva; the Chief Executive Officer of Petrobras, José Sergio Gabrielli de Azevedo; the Brazilian Minister of Finance, Guido Mantega; the Brazilian Minister of Mining and Energy, Márcio Pereira Zimmermann, among many other distinguished personalities. In honor of the occasion, executives and dignitaries will ring the opening bell.
