BM&FBOVESPA announces the third preview for the BOVESPA Index theoretical portfolio, which will be valid for the period of September 03-December 30, 2012, based on the closing of the August 30, 2012 session. The new portfolio now includes common shares in CETIP ON (CTIP3) and SUZANO PAPEL PNA (SUZB5), which brings its total to 69 stocks in 64 companies.
The five stocks with the heaviest weight in this index were: Vale PNA (9.128%), Petrobras PN (8.226%), OGX Petróleo ON (5.157%), Itauunibanco PN (4.478%) and PDG Realt ON (3.648%).
For purposes of comparison, the stocks with the heaviest weighting in the Ibovespa portfolio for May 07-August 31, 2012 were: Vale PNA (9.226%), Petrobras PN (8.068%), OGX Petróleo ON (5.069%), Itauunibanco PN (4.690%) and PDG Realt ON (3.461%).
BM&FBOVESPA regularly announces three new previews of the indices: the first preview on the first trading session of the last month of the existing portfolio, the second on the session following the 15th of the last month of the existing portfolio and the third on the last trading session of the last month of the existing portfolio. The Exchange also announces the portfolios of the other indices that it calculates. The changes are in the annexed files.
