BM&F BOVESPA SA – Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros hereby informs, in view of an article published on 2008, June 20, about the possible interest it would have in the acquisition of a stake in CETIP – Custody and Settlement, and in conformity with the determination also issued today by the Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM) through letter CVM/SMI/No.050/08, that is has no interest in the acquisition of a stake in said company.
