BEL20® Index – New Weight Fortis And New Divisor

Following the announced modification of the BEL 20® Index (Fortis Rights Issue, Index Announcement EBID2007 - 011), the number of Fortis shares in the BEL 20 Index basket will be changed from 4,277 to 5,109 shares.

Also the current divisor will be replaced by the new divisor as published below.

The changes will be effective from Tuesday 25 September 2007 onwards.

Remark : on the moment the shares resulting from the capital increase will be officially listed, the weight of Fortis will not be adjusted again.
