New Zealand Exchange Limited (NZX) is pleased to welcome Barramundi Limited to the NZSX market today.
Barramundi is an investment company managed by Fisher Funds Management, investing in Australian companies outside of the Top 100 by market capitalisation.
NZX Markets Development Manager, Geoff Brown said, “It is good to see the addition of another product to the NZSX market that further broadens the range of investment opportunities available to New Zealand investors.”
Fisher Funds Management is an investment manager with a strong track record of successful investment management. The Barramundi issue has raised $100 million of capital and had $26 million of oversubscriptions, for which Barramundi has elected to scale applications. “The demand for this offer is a clear endorsement of the track record that the Fisher Funds Management team has generated over time,” said Geoff Brown.
Shares and warrants in Barramundi will be quoted on the NZSX Market under the security codes BRM & BRMWA from 11am today.
