Barclays Global Investors Launches Five iShares S&P Global Sector ETFs On The NYSE

The New York Stock Exchange announced today that the latest additions to the iShares® family of exchange traded products, five new Barclays Global Investors iShares S&P Global Sector ETFs began trading on the Big Board.

Including today’s original listings, the NYSE Group now has 106 primary ETF listings, 75 of which are iShares.  Combined with 303 ETFs trading on an unlisted trading privilege basis (UTP), through the second quarter the NYSE Group handled 43% of all ETF shares traded in U.S. market.
