From November 12 to 14, B3 will host a series of lectures on behavioral studies and financial education in order to improve hedging and guidance activities for Brazilian investors and to discuss new ways of encouraging the culture of savings in Brazil.
The initiatives are organized by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission and will be divided into two events: 3rd Regional Seminar on New Trends in Financial Education (November 12 and 13) and the 6th Conference on Behavioral Sciences and Investor Education (November 14). Both events are free of charge.
The meetings will be attended by academics, Brazilian and international researchers, as well as representatives of regulatory and self-regulatory bodies and will use a multidisciplinary approach in the fields of psychology, economics, anthropology, sociology, etc. Innovative public policies and strategies on financial education and inclusion, with a focus on Latin American experiences, will also be discussed.
