Axioma Appoints Steve Mann As Chief Marketing Officer - Former LexisNexis CMO Brings Over 20 Years Of Strategic Marketing Experience In Technology And Information Services

Axioma, a leading provider of innovative risk and portfolio management solutions, today announced the appointment of Steve Mann as Chief Marketing Officer. Mann, whose experience includes senior marketing positions at LexisNexis and SAP, as well as venture-backed startups, will focus on further accelerating Axioma’s global growth in both existing and adjacent markets worldwide.

Mann most recently served as acting CMO and a Collaborating Consultant at Adjuvi, a boutique management consultancy. Before that, he was Chief Marketing Officer for LexisNexis in North America from 2011 to 2014, where he built a new marketing organization focused on enhancing inbound and outbound efforts to drive marketing effectiveness. Mann also oversaw its Law Schools Business Unit.

From 2009 to 2011, he was Chief Executive Officer of AbleBrains, a boutique consulting firm specializing in digital, social and marketing science services for both commercial entities and non-profit organizations. Before that he spent seven years at SAP AG, serving as Global Vice President, focusing on SAP’s social media strategy and customer experience efforts. Mann also led Services Marketing, Market Intelligence and SAP’s Competitive Program team against rival Oracle. Earlier in his career, Mann was with the BRM Group, a Jerusalem-based venture capital firm, and before that Computer Associates, as well as several other software firms. Mann is a graduate of Emory University, and pursued studies in psychology and neuroscience at New York University and City University of New York.
