Avenir Registrars, (www.avenir-registrars.co.uk), the next-generation securities registrar, has today announced the appointment of Kenny Lam as Business Development Manager. Kenny joins having formerly spent eight years working in the share registry department of Tricor Group in Hong Kong, most recently as Manager of Client Services.

Kenny’s experience covers multiple aspects of share registry including client services, corporate actions and IPOs. As a result, he has first hand experience of working closely with listed companies and providing expert advice across a range of critical matters relating to building and maintaining an accurate securities register. More recently, Kenny has also been working on a number of system and product development projects.

In February 2023 Avenir Registrars launched its innovative self-service portal, allowing issuers and investors to securely manage a number of registry functions online, ranging from new issuance applications to proxy voting by shareholders. Further product innovations are scheduled to be announced in the coming months.
