Australian Securities Exchange: Resignation Of Company Secretary

ASX advises that Anthony D’Arcy has resigned as Company Secretary. A new Company Secretary announcement will be made later in September 2007.

Kristy Chambers will remain the person nominated under Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with ASIC with regard to listing rule matters.
