A closing bell ceremony took place today, at the Athens Exchange Group headquarters on the occasion of the Global Annual Conference of Grant Thornton International taking place in Greece for the first time.
Mr. Ed Nusbaum, Global CEO of Grant Thornton closed the trading day by ringing the traditional "bell". During his short speech he mentioned: "The Athens Stock Exchange is a critical way to move forward development in Greece and it is a tremendous honor to be invited to close the day"
The Athens Exchange Group CEO, Mr. Socrates Lazaridis, stated during the event: "It is an honor to host Mr. Nusbaum today at the Athens Exchange.
