The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission during today's 715th/29/6/2015 session, decided:
- To keep closed, during the whole duration of the banking holiday according to the Act of Legislative Content (Government Gazette A'65) and any authorization by resolution of the Ministry of Finance, the Regulated Market of Athens Stock Exchange and the Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) Alternative Market, following a relevant decision of the Athens Stock Exchange Stock Markets Steering Committee,
- The suspension of operation of ATHEXClear for the instruments under trading in the Greek Market and MTF.
- The suspension of securities settlement for Greek Cash Market from the ATHEXCSD, approving a relevant decision of its Board of Directors.
