ASX: Confirmation Of Group General Counsel And Company Secretary

ASX Limited (ASX) advises that Johanna O’Rourke has been confirmed in the role of Group General Counsel & Company Secretary of ASX Limited.

Ms O’Rourke has been acting in the role since October 2022 and has now been appointed to the role in a permanent capacity, effective 25 January 2023.

Ms O’Rourke remains the person responsible for communications with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission in relation to listing rule matters.
