The following information regarding the results of the Annual General Meeting of Australian Stock Exchange Limited held on 9 October 2006 is provided in accordance with listing rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act.

In accordance with the results set out below, Mr Rick Holliday-Smith and Mr Peter Warne were elected to the Board of ASX. Mr Sharpe and Ms Segal were re-elected to the Board of ASX.
