Upon discussion and approval at the 3rd (Interim) General Meeting of Members of Dalian Commodity Exchange in 2025, and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the amendments to the Trading Rules of Dalian Commodity Exchange and the promulgation of the Clearing Rules of Dalian Commodity Exchange are hereby promulgated and shall take effect from the date of promulgation.
