Amsterdam Exchanges Confirms Management Share N.V.'s Listing Status Re: Press Release 2000-066, 12 July 2000

Reference is made to our press release 2000-066, dated 12 July 2000, by which we have informed the market on the issue regarding the financial position of Management Share N.V.. As announced by Management Share N.V., a second Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders was held on 8 September 2000. In this meeting, the amendments of the articles of association, involving the restructuring of the shareholders' equity, were approved by the shareholders. Following the meeting and confirmation from Management Share N.V. that they again dispose of a positive shareholders' equity, Amsterdam Exchanges sees no reason to place the company on 'special listing conditions' or take any other action at this time.
