AmFirst Property Trust Exits FTSE Bursa Malaysia Indices

Following the continued suspension of AmFirst Property Trust (Malaysia constituent), FTSE and Bursa Malaysia announce the following change:     

INDEX	CHANGE	EFFECTIVE FROM START OF TRADING
FTSE Bursa Malaysia Small Cap Index	AmFirst Property Trust (3603) will be deleted from the index	17 November 2006

       
Please note that where necessary all relevant changes will be simultaneously reflected within the corresponding FTSE Bursa Malaysia 100 Index and FTSE Bursa Malaysia EMAS Index.
