AMF Reminds Listed Companies Of The Disclosure And Reporting Obligations Relating To Share Buyback Programmes

The disclosure obligations pertaining to share buy-backs have been amended several times in recent years. The amendments have been prompted by the enforcement of various national and European statutes, notably the European Regulation1 on buy-back programmes and stabilisation of financial instruments, which implements the Market Abuse Directive.
