Amendment To The Quarterly Rebalancing For S&P Europe 350 And S&P Global 100 Indices

Standard & Poor's, is revising the previously announced share update, as part of the quarterly rebalancing, for one security in the S&P Europe 350 and S&P Global 100 Indices. AXA (France, Sedol 7088429) will not have a share change as announced instead a rights offering will become effective for the opening of Monday, June 19, 2006.
