Amendment - Quarterly Rebalancing For The S&P Japan Emerging Stock 100 Index

Due to the announced change of the listing market by GMO Payment Gateway Inc (3769) to be effective on September 17th, Standard & Poor’s will amend the annual rebalance for S&P Japan Emerging Stock 100 Index effective after the close of trading Friday, September 19th , 2008.

As a part of the quarterly rebalancing, Standard & Poor’s will also make the following changes on the constituents.
