Alpha Tau Medical Management Opens Trading This Morning To Mark The Company’s Dual Listing On Tel Aviv Stock Exchange - Alpha Tau Is One Of 27 New Companies To Join The TASE Equity Market Since The Beginning Of The Year And One Of Five Companies To Join Through A Dual Listing

Date 26/10/2026

This morning (October 26, 2026), the management of Alpha Tau Medical Ltd. (Nasdaq: DRTS, DRTSW; TASE: DRTS) (“Alpha Tau”) opened trading to mark the company’s dual listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

Alpha Tau Medical is a clinical-stage oncology therapeutics company developing Alpha DaRT®, an innovative alpha-radiation treatment for a range of cancer types.

Over the years, the company has built a broad global clinical program encompassing studies in Israel, North America, Europe and Asia, alongside international commercialization efforts. In February 2026, the company received marketing approval from Japan’s Ministry of Health for Alpha DaRT® to treat head and neck cancer. In the United States, the company’s most advanced program is in skin cancer—recurrent cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma—where patient enrollment in its pivotal trial has been completed, with the potential for FDA approval in 2027. The company is also developing Alpha DaRT® for recurrent glioblastoma (GBM), a disease for which there is currently no established standard of care, and for pancreatic cancer through a multinational clinical program. In June 2026, the company signed a strategic collaboration agreement with Tolmar, a U.S. pharmaceutical company specializing in urology and oncology, valued at approximately $160 million, to commercialize Alpha DaRT® for prostate cancer in the United States, with an option to expand into bladder cancer.

Alpha Tau began trading on Nasdaq in 2022 and, in August this year, was also listed on TASE through a dual listing, at a market capitalization of approximately NIS 4 billion.

<>The company’s shares are expected to join the flagship TA-90 and TA-125 indices in the upcoming semiannual index update on November 5, 2026.

Uzi Sofer, CEO of Alpha Tau, said: “Opening trading this morning on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange marks a moment of great Israeli pride and a profound sense of mission for us. Alpha DaRT® technology was born and developed here in Israel, with a vision to bring about meaningful change in cancer treatment worldwide and offer new hope to patients and their families. Alongside our global expansion and the international recognition of our technology, our decision to pursue a dual listing reflects our deep commitment to our Israeli roots, to strengthening the local capital market, and to connecting the Israeli public and investors with the success of Israel’s homegrown life sciences industry. For us, this is far more than a capital-markets move; it is an expression of our belief in the power of Israeli innovation to break boundaries, drive change, and improve people’s lives around the world. We are proud to continue our journey as a Jerusalem-based company that combines scientific excellence with a human-centered vision, carrying the promise of Israeli medical innovation from Jerusalem to the entire world.”

Tom Elhadif, Head of Market Development in the TASE Economic Department, said: “We are pleased to see companies such as Alpha Tau Medical joining the TASE through a dual listing. A dual listing in Tel Aviv offers many advantages for both the company and its shareholders, and we believe that every Israeli company, even if it is traded abroad, should be part of the Israeli capital market. The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange offers numerous benefits, including expanding the investor base, extending trading hours, and inclusion in TASE indices. I believe we will continue to see additional companies from a wide range of sectors join the TASE through dual listings in the near future.”
