The BME Scaleup Management Committee has approved the listing of Ahorro Familiar SOCIMI on July 17, following a review of all documentation submitted by the company and the issuance of a favorable evaluation report by the Market Coordination and Listings Committee.
The company’s Board of Directors has taken as a reference for the start of trading a price of 27,6 euros per share, which implies a total company value of 95,2 million euros.
The company's ticker symbol will be SCAFS. The company’s Registered Advisor is Renta 4 Corporate.
