As a gesture that ADX highly appreciates, Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (ESCA) rewarded UAE listed companies for their compliance with the disclosure regulations. ADX listed securities acquired 24 out of the total 30 silver, gold and diamond prizes.
ADX would like to congratulate winning companies for their compliance with the disclosure requirements and admire their contribution in the development of the capital market in the UAE. In this occasion, ADX reiterates its commitment to the continuous development of disclosure and transparency principles as per best international standards with the collaboration and support of ESCA.
ADX disclosure requirements include clarification of financial reports in terms of quantity and qaulity of information to ensure adequacy of disclosure as per IFRS requirements. Additionally, ADX regulates and disseminates Board of Directors trading activities over the fiscal year to ensuring fairnness amongst investors.
