ACER Workshop On Cross-Border Cost Allocation To Be Held On 2 February 2016

ACER Recommendation No 05/2015 was adopted on 18 December to help project promoters and NRAs in future CBCA procedures and to facilitate a consistent EU-wide approach for CBCA cases by sharing good practices.

In this context, on 2 February ACER will hold a public workshop at its premises in Ljubljana. All interested stakeholders are invited to participate.

On this occasion the Agency will present its new recommendation on CBCA, including its approach for the submission of an investment request and the principles that NRAs should consider when assessing an investment request, with a focus on practical aspects. The workshop will also provide an opportunity to discuss the current challenges of the CBCA process. Find out more here.
